1. What Meridian is
Meridian is an informational product that displays cryptocurrency market and decentralized finance (DeFi) reference data. It is not a wallet, exchange, broker, custodian, payment service, or financial adviser.
Meridian does not custody assets, transmit orders, execute trades, stake tokens, or connect to your wallet.
2. No financial advice
Nothing in Meridian constitutes financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice. Figures such as prices, APYs, TVL, and sentiment indicators are for information only. You are solely responsible for decisions you make.
3. Data accuracy
Market and DeFi data is obtained from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete, revised, or incorrect. Yield rates are variable and can change rapidly. Featured sorting and similar rankings are discovery aids based on available data signals — they are not safety ratings, risk scores, or recommendations.

4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Meridian, including by attempting to disrupt the app, abuse third-party APIs through the app in a way that violates provider terms, or use Meridian for any unlawful purpose.
5. Intellectual property
Meridian’s branding, design, and software are owned by their respective owners. Third-party names, logos, and trademarks (including token and protocol marks) remain the property of their owners and are used for identification only.
6. Availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. Third-party data outages can affect what Meridian can display.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
Meridian is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meridian and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or digital assets arising from your use of the app or reliance on information shown in it.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meridian and its contributors from claims arising out of your misuse of the app or violation of these Terms.
10. Privacy
Use of Meridian is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes
We may revise these Terms by updating this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
